  • Vehicle & RV Information: RV type, make, model, year, exterior condition, length, license plate number, state of registration, and tow/secondary vehicle license plate.
  • Occupants & Pets: Names and ages of any minor or adult occupants residing in the space; pet types, breeds, and rabies vaccination status.
  • Automatically Collected Data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages) and basic analytics to understand site usage.
  • On-Property Security: Security camera footage. The property is monitored and recorded for the safety and protection of our residents and facilities.

2. Why We Collect It & How It Is Used

  • To process, review, and confirm RV site reservation applications.
  • To manage check-ins, lot assignments (Sites #1 through #12), and collect payments securely.
  • To deliver gate codes, operational announcements, utility information, and direct customer-care communications.
  • To comply with Texas state business, lodging, and tax record-keeping regulations.
  • To ensure park rules, tranquility, and resident safety are maintained.

3. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Information is strictly shared with necessary operational providers:

  • Shopify & IzyRent: For store hosting, booking management, and secure checkout processing.
  • Payment Processors: Regulated payment gateways handling credit/debit card transactions directly.
  • Legal Compliance: Law enforcement or regulatory authorities only when strictly required by applicable Texas or federal law.

4. SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy

When you provide your mobile phone number or communicate with BlackStone Crest RV Park / Blackstone Crest LLC by text message, we may collect your phone number and details shared during the conversation:

  • We send transactional and customer-care text messages (such as reservation confirmations, site assignments, check-in instructions, and requested park information).

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Guest Records: Applications, rental agreements, and payment records for guests who stayed with us are retained for four (4) years following checkout, satisfying Texas tax and business record-keeping statutory periods. After four years, records are securely deleted.
  • Declined or Withdrawn Applications: Applications not completed or approved are retained for 90 days and permanently deleted, including uploaded IDs and photos.
  • Security Camera Footage: Recorded footage is retained on an automated rolling loop of 30 to 60 days before being overwritten.

You may request a copy of the personal information we maintain, request corrections, or request deletion of data that is no longer required for legal or tax compliance.
